  • 2 cups of organic watermelon cut in chunks (seeds removed)
  • 1 organic lime cut in 1/2
  • 1 cup of firm feta, cut in small chunks
  • 15 mint leaves
  • 2 Tablespoons of honey

  1. Thread six skewers with watermelon, feta and mint leaves.
  2. Squeeze lime over the prepared skewers and lightly brush with honey.
  3. Serve immediately.
