One thing we all have in common is food! We all need it as sustenance. Some people choose the sugary sweets, or salty, others like their meats, while some avoid animal products altogether. You have your Kosher, Vegan, or Paleo Diets, to name a few. I have to admit, I’m not very familiar with the term, Paleo. Paleo, by definition, means older or ancient; short for Paleolithic.
