Style
As a mother of two small children under three, shopping for clothes has become a daunting task. Gone are the days where I would spend hours perusing the aisles of clothes. Fitting rooms are a thing of the past (for now anyways).
I have come to depend on online shopping to fulfill my shopping needs. I recently got the chance to collaborate with an amazing company called eShakti. They have hundreds of dresses that you can customize and tailor to make it all your own. The best part; they have sizes 0-36W so they really have something for everyone!
There’s truly nothing better than being able to shop in the comfort of your home without having to drag the kids out or eh hm having to put on a bra!
Spring is right around the corner and you know what that means…time to update your wardrobe. According to Cosmopolitan’s 2019 Fashion Spring Trends; hot magenta/fuchsia, neutral tones and updated safari jackets are a just a few looks that make the list this year. I just had to add some of these trends to my spring closet!
I recently discovered a UK-based women’s clothing store called Femme Luxe Finery. They have all kinds of fashions to choose from, from dressy and sexy to cute and comfortable. Last month, I ordered some really beautiful pieces (check those out here), the mustard mini dress is classy and comfy – the perfect midi dress.
Online shopping is my thing! As a SAHM, I’ve learned it’s much easier to browse the pages of an online shop than drag my kid out amongst aisles of clothes. The idea of a dressing room has become a laughable notion, with a toddler, and I don’t even attempt it. I’m all about making my life easier!
Femme Luxe Finery, a UK-based women’s clothing store, recently contacted me about reviewing some of their clothes! I couldn’t wait to see how they fit and felt, so I jumped at the chance. As someone who rarely gets out on the town I chose three comfortable pieces and a spicier one, for date-night.
Safety Harness Giraffe Backpack
I remember the first time I saw it. I was leaving school and these parents had their child on a leash. A leash, yes, like you use for walking pets. As a child, I was horrified, disturbed. I could not possibly understand how a parent could treat their child like that. I thought it was downright abuse.
Fast forward 20 years. Back then, I was naïve and incapable of understanding just how strong a parent’s love for their child can be, until I became one. When you become a parent, you do whatever it takes to keep your children safe! That’s why I was so happy when I came across Gabbybox! They sell the cutest safety harness backpacks! This one is made by Scandipapa and has a cute giraffe print. It has the perfect amount of storage for all of my baby’s goodies!
