A Trip Around the World

Augmented-Reality – Have you heard of it? It’s cutting-edge technology that super imposes a new reality via live-view on a mobile device. I was recently introduced to a toy that does just that and its called the Shifu Orboot! I have made it a top priority to find both fun and educational toys for my daughter to play with and I believe Shifu Orboot fits the bill.

It’s so much fun watching my daughter discover the world around her. I try and make it easier for her by providing creative ways to learn. People learn in many different ways. I’m what you would call a visual or spatial learner, but some people may be aural (auditory-musical), verbal (linguistic) or even a physical (kinesthetic) learner. What’s great about the Shifu Orboot is that it touches on pretty much all of these learning styles, providing something for everyone!

TotLogic Product Ratings & Review

One thing about living at the beach, especially during the summer season, you better have these two must-have items on hand: Sunscreen & Leave-in Conditioner! My family has been making the switch from chemically-ridden products to natural ones! When TotLogic contacted me about test driving their products, I was thrilled! TotLogic falls in line with the safe products we’re trying to adhere to.

TotLogic takes the guess work away by listing that their products are free of phthalates, parabens, sulfates! I recently posted a review that illustrated the dangers of such ingredients and why it’s important to make the switch to natural products today! For one, our skin is the largest organ in the body. That means everything we slather on it, penetrates inside us and can potentially harm us!

A Healthy Alternative : Nurture Life Delivery Review

It wasn’t until I was pregnant with my daughter that I started taking a hard look at the choices I was making in my life. I guess children will do that to you. I made note of the foods I consumed and products I slathered on my growing body. I was carrying the most precious cargo. I knew from the moment I heard that little heartbeat on the monitor I would do everything in my power to ensure I was providing a healthy and safe environment for her! That started with me making wholesome diet choices while pregnant and every day thereafter.

Fast forward to present. I have a spunky, sassy little 19-month old. Let’s just say feeding time is, well, complicated. When she was a baby, she would eat pretty much anything. Now she realizes she has a voice, an opinion, and you better believe she makes her feelings known (LOL). My awesome eater has become quite picky and figuring out new and healthy food choices has become a challenge. Luckily, there’s what the modern mom likes to call dinner miracles; I’m talking about meal delivery services. I was approached by Nurture Life to review their products and provide an honest review. I have to say, I’m blown away!
