We were kindly gifted the book “When I Was a Child, I Was Always Afraid” by author Michael Cascio. In this story, a boy is afraid of many things, and with his father’s help he is able conquer his fears. The book is full of vibrant and beautifully drawn illustrations by Bentley Wong.
According to Punxsutawney Phil, Spring is coming late this year, but that doesn’t have to stop you from pulling together some fresh Spring looks!
With the weather a bit warmer than its neighboring cousin, winter (meh), it’s hard not to be excited to pull out some lighter wardrobe pieces and pack away the snow boots and heavy coats. I’ve always been drawn to pops of color and earthy tones, naturally because of all the pretty flowers in bloom, although I like to throw in some edgier looks too!
One thing I never have to worry about is what’s going to match my wooden JORD watch. I was recently asked to review one of their watches and chose the Cassia in the Walnut Wood with a Vintage Rose face. It’s honestly the most gorgeous watch I’ve ever owned!
