Watermelon, Feta & Mint SkewersPrint This
- 2 cups of organic watermelon cut in chunks (seeds removed)
- 1 organic lime cut in 1/2
- 1 cup of firm feta, cut in small chunks
- 15 mint leaves
- 2 Tablespoons of honey
- Thread six skewers with watermelon, feta and mint leaves.
- Squeeze lime over the prepared skewers and lightly brush with honey.
- Serve immediately.
