Throughout my pregnancy journey I made sure I avoided all the foods that were on the do not eat list, took my prenatal vitamins, cut out coffee, exercised and drank water like it was going out of style, even paid extra attention to getting my adequate amount of fruit, veggies and greens.

What is Baby wearing?
Baby wearing (or baby carrying) is the practice of carrying your baby or toddler in a carrier. This practice has drifted away in our modern society in comparison to our ancestors. Natural modern day moms are reverting back to the tradition of baby wearing for many reasons!
Not only does it strengthen the bond between parents and baby during the “fourth trimester”, but it also aids in development both physically and emotionally by providing the infant with a safe way to discover their surroundings.
Babies need and enjoy motion! Much like the mothers womb, the carrier mimics a similar sensation to the movements while providing warmth and security.
Summer Time.
Ahh Summer Time, the most anticipated season of the year. There’s the bathing suits and swimming pools, family vacations and summer camps. Oh and there’s the heat. Lots and lots of heat!
To beat the heat what’s better than a delicious cold & tasty treat, homemade ice cream that is.
Quick & Easy Lunch
As a stay at home mom I’m always looking for healthy snacks and ideas for lunch time. Something as simple as a fruit salad does the trick! For this meal I threw some juicy strawberries in with some mixed greens and topped it off with Golding Farms Raspberry Walnut dressing! If you’re not consuming your fair amount of Strawberries – you might wanna start!
Beat the heat this summer!
